Conservation methods are recommended for preserving all types of valued art work.
Conservation quality materials and methods used in this workshop include acid-free mount boards or backing and correct attachment methods.
If your painting or photograph is damaged we can arrange off-site restoration services.

The workshop has recently moved to 53 Victoria Rd, Rozelle, next door to the previous premises.
From the city, cross Anzac Bridge then turn right at Robert St, first left into Crescent St and up the drive to no. 53 for free parking at the rear of the building.
The workshop is open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm Saturday, or outside these hours by appointment.

Prices vary widely according to size and type of frame and mounting.
As a rough guide a 60 x 42cm timber frame with a simple wash of colour, acid free mount board and backing would cost around $160 plus GST. A certificate frame with clear glass would cost approximately $70. A circular mirror with painted timber finish and convex glass would cost approximately $950.
Because of differences in the specific requirements of the artwork or object, hand-finished, painted, gilded or more complicated framing must be priced in the workshop.
